Conditions
By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms. These exist to protect both you and our vehicles.
Valid for all rentals — Scooty (Petrol & EV) and Royal Enfield bikes. These terms apply from the moment you take possession of the vehicle until it is returned to us in full.
Security Deposit: ₹1,000 for Scooty · ₹2,000 for Royal Enfield (refunded on return in good condition)
* Rental rates shown are standard rates and may be higher or lower depending on vehicle demand and season. Final rates are confirmed at the time of booking.
Minimum Age: 18 years · Valid Driving Licence mandatory for all rentals
Payment: Full rental amount is paid in advance at the time of vehicle pickup
Cancellation: Same-day cancellations after booking or vehicle issuance are non-refundable

Damage Charges
Any damage to the bike, scooty, or helmet will be charged to the customer. This includes scratches, dents, broken parts, or any other damage caused during the rental period.

Pre-Ride Video
Record a video of the vehicle before taking possession and send it to the owner. This protects you from being held responsible for pre-existing damage.

Authorized Repair Only
In case of accident or damage, the vehicle must be repaired at an authorized service centre only. Repairs at unauthorized workshops will not be accepted.

Parking Damage
The customer is liable for repair costs even if the vehicle is damaged while parked. Please park in safe, designated areas at all times.

Rent During Repair
Daily rental charges continue to apply until the vehicle is returned from the service centre after repair. The rental period does not pause during repair time.

Condition-Based Charges
Damage to the scooty, bike, or helmet will be billed as per standard rates outlined in our damage terms. Charges are assessed upon vehicle return.

Fuel Policy
The vehicle is issued with half a litre of petrol. It must be returned with at least the same amount. There is no compensation for any extra fuel returned. Fuel charges beyond the issued amount are the customer's responsibility.

Return Deadline
The vehicle must be returned by the time specified in the rental form. Late returns will attract next-day charges automatically.

Missing Documents
Loss of vehicle documents will attract a charge of ₹200. Please keep all vehicle documents safe throughout the rental period.

Tripling Strictly Prohibited
The security deposit (₹1,000 for scooty / ₹2,000 for Royal Enfield) will be forfeited if more than two people ride the vehicle at any time. Tripling is strictly prohibited and illegal.

Traffic Violations
The customer is solely responsible for all fines and penalties issued by police, RTO, or any other authority during the rental period.

Vehicle Impoundment
If the vehicle is seized by authorities, the customer must arrange its release and bear all associated costs, fines, and legal fees.

Minimum Fuel Requirement
A minimum of 1 litre of fuel must be maintained in the tank at all times. Any engine damage due to low fuel is entirely the customer's liability.

Flat Tyres
The customer is solely responsible for fixing any flat tyres that occur during travel. Carry a basic puncture kit or know the nearest puncture shop on your route.

Distance Limit — 80 km
The vehicle must stay within 80 km of our office at all times. Exceeding this limit will result in double the daily rent being charged for that day.

Clutch Verification
Inspect the clutch before taking delivery of the vehicle. Any faults reported after delivery will be considered the customer's liability.

Geographical Limits — Uttarakhand Only
The vehicle permit is valid for Uttarakhand state only. Taking the vehicle outside state borders makes the customer fully and solely liable for all legal and financial consequences.

Late Return Penalties
Vehicles not returned on time will attract hourly penalties: ₹200/hour for scooty and ₹300/hour for bike*.

Identity Verification
The customer is strictly liable for any consequences arising from false or fraudulent identification provided at the time of rental.

Jurisdiction
All legal disputes arising from this rental agreement are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Rishikesh courts.
